Cost around RM380 ++ ( if not mistaken ). This one is good enough to complete ur work. Other china made drill only around 140++. If it's not heavy duty, can try china brand.

If u want to drill hole for toilet accessories & blinds, try to get a 5.5mm concrete drill bit. The hole size is matching with the wall plug.

Be careful and drill slowly if u want to drill thru tiles, or u may break the tiles, pull the trigger slow slowly...
