That is totally impossible. All Microsoft staffs will definitely check the seal to ensure whether that the warranty has been voided or not. Plus, there are no receipts given to the OP so he can't send it to Microsoft.
The current best bet is to send it to a nearby retailer for a temporary(hopefully permanent) RROD fix.
not impossible, there's been cases of modded console send back to S'pore for a successful 3RROD warranty claim FOCThe current best bet is to send it to a nearby retailer for a temporary(hopefully permanent) RROD fix.

hmm should be able to send it back to SG, if its modded need to pay a Fine if im not wrong. i remember some 1 here did this b4, dont remember who.
no need to pay the fine if the warranty seal is still intact, some pirate nowadays are good with their modded console, the seal is still intact in one piece after they open it up for modding, I have came across few of such modded consolesSo TS, b4 you decided to send the console to any local shop for repair (which will definitely void any chances for FOC warranty claim in SG), open up the face plate and check if the seal is still intact or not. If yes, then I'll suggest you sent to SG for the warranty claim, they won't be able to tell physically if your console is modded or not as long as the seal is intact.
and for your case, I faced a similar buyer also, claimed it's a jasper but actually it's a falcon
but luckily i did my homework to identify the console and i believe his claim that he dunno it's not jasper and not trying to con me
i still bought from him anyway at a cheaper price because it's a non-modded console, the seal is still intact with receipt from SG, so i still can claim warranty if it 3RROD
