I terminated my account in Dec 2009 and they still charge me for Dec, Jan and Feb due to system problem. Finally March bill shows that charges are being back-dated but the streamyx only back-date to Feb 2010 and immediately complain at TMPoint
But it seem complaining this to TMPoint is useless because this week, I received my Apr bill with the same charges. And then today I received their lawyer letter demanding to pay up. Whilst looking for more info, stumbled to this thread and just sent an email to help@tm.com.my
Calling the lawyer contact person tomorrow to see what they say and then going to TMPoint again this Sat. If I cannot get any result comes Monday or Tuesday, going to complain to MCMC and hope this settle once and for all
