QUOTE(degraw1993 @ Sep 10 2017, 11:03 PM) I know this is way out of topic thread but im gonna post it anyway lol. now that's what i call a proper cheat day. Just had my first official cheat day. And by that means i don't count any of those macros, servings whatever calories of what i ate today. For lunch i ate 2 mchicken with dem 2 medium fries, Supposedly ordered two 9 chicken mcnuggets but the order guy took one only lol. Then later ate 2 personal pizza hut with 2 mushrooms soups and few of dem good keropok lekor Gt home and ate half of package of coco pops cereal with some of that very sweetness famous amos cookie and scoop of whey. Hungry again then cooked myself fried rice with 3 whole eggs along with chicken rendang. Had some yossa wafer rolls. Then dinner ate kfc snack plate 2 chicken thighs and 2 regular cheezy wedges. At home i had some yossa wafer rolls again. Pics for references. Inb4 all of these meals are nothing to darklight lol |

QUOTE(MasBoleh! @ Sep 14 2017, 02:15 AM) Just wondering, I am still fat and my belly quite big. I think my waist is about 34 inches right now. i believe the way 6 packs are developing when we are in the process of losing weight is that we will see the upper abs first then slowly the lower abs will appear. most likely because of gravity. Recently, I noticed there's a mild 6 packs begin to surface on the slightly upper part of my belly. Is it normal to have mild 6 packs surface on it even tough my belly is big? my waist is slightly thinner than yours at 31.5" and my belly kinda looks like what you described. |

QUOTE(MasBoleh! @ Sep 15 2017, 02:14 AM) Wow, didn't know gravity helped on that. oh tightening the muscle not only applies to abs but to other muscles too because it increases the time under tension. higher time under tension means better gains. My uncle told me, because when I am doing workout and I kept on tighten the muscle around the area.. (he advised me to hold my tummy in and tighten the musle every time i do workout) , hence the abs appearing haha. Cool. .seem like you gonna have 6 packs soon let's have 6 packs together. |

QUOTE(nightshade_nova @ Oct 10 2018, 08:43 AM) Lol I should have done one meal a day intermittent fasting + keto a long time ago. You're vegetarian if I'm not mistaken, right? So you're doing meat-free keto diet at the moment? The effectiveness is immense. Before this, I only did halfheartedly with 2 meals a day. I went cincai with the timing. Now Im doing 1 meal a day, and it's much easier to manage. Big ass oily meal haha. I'm sticking to this until new year's eve. I don't even care if I dont have enough muscle yet. Just wanna find out if I am disciplined enough to lower my body fat percentage. I have some visible abs even with fats surrounding it, so it wouldnt be that bare. |

QUOTE(nightshade_nova @ Oct 11 2018, 07:39 PM) Yup. Im ovolacto vegetarian tho, so I eat mostly eggs. Lots of eggs. Oh, I see. That's exciting! I'm very interested to know how you progress because I'm vegetarian too (converted in March). I'm trying to bulk up though and vege meals tend to have less calories which kinda hamper my progress a bit. But knowing that I just gotta make sure to eat more lah.I think my main problem is getting enough fiber. Kinda ironic for a vegetarian. But its really not that easy, depending on your budget. Im trying to get enough fiber without too much carb. But if I eat the same thing also will get bored. I probably wont be doing keto much after this, just IF. My challenge to myself is to set my profile picture to a picture of me shirtless before next year. I think that's a good goal to have. Worst case scenario-- just retouch your abs with Photoshop and you're good lol. Good luck bro! |
