ermm guys, i have been training my abs for almost 2 months, and yes i can see some result  but now from time to time i am having the urge to do more crunch...etc after my abs is recovered (eg few hours after my last set)  I think i addicted  so can I just do it whenever I have the chance? I scare the effect will be reversed  Is a day with more than 600 crunch+bicycle crunch...etc fine? What is the appropriate limit? p/s: i am a guy lol.
