I want to share my understanding about cutting.
Saw this video months ago.
A teenager.
Obese...went on cutting with just veggies such as celery for 3 months.
Cardio...viola....all of his excessive fat are gone.
Basic muscle are visible
Basically a diet with only veggies for a few months; no carbs at all. (easier said than done
Cardio etc.
Until all those excessive fat are 'burned'.
What's left is a little mass of fat, basic muscle and skin.
Am I right?
Then the process of feeding those basic muscles with protein began.
Making it bigger, heavier etc.
Am I right?
