HD558 Sennheiser costs only rm3xx in Russia

Oh ya, currently enjoying my hd558, my first sennheiser headphone after Beyer DT880 and Audio Technica AD2000. Yes, its a downgrade, but hey, for the price tag of rm3xx, its a steal! Not to mention, it can be easily driven using my galaxy s2 alone.

If im not mistaken is rm1k.

I think it would be somewhere in higher rm4k region.

Btw, why do you wanna sell it?
anyways, i can see that you're owning both HD800 and HD700. How's the comparison between those 2 anyways?

just got myself the classic hd650 together with a used PCworks' symphonica cable

the fit is a bit too tight, but that's most probably becoz it's still new.

the sound quality is gooding, but im expecting it to be better once ive fully burn in the headphone.

currently running on a very modest Centrance DACPort haha

Hmm, i realized that HD650 using the stock cable benefits a lot more using tube amp.

whereas for the Symphonica cable, it suits best with solid state amp.

from hd650 to beyer t1 to senn hd800 and finally back to hd650,

imo the best pairing for hd650 is with PCwork's symphonica cable. n with that cable, it will drive ur hd650 easily, even with cheap-a$$ amps lol (although neutral amp is recommended by pcwork himself). the veil is just...gone! lol

i definitely prefer the sound of hd650 + symphonica + o2/odac than my previously owned t1 + idsd micro more pleasing to my ears than the brighter n more detailed t1. cant comment on hd800 becoz i dont have (n i wont spend as much) high end amps for it.
