Guys , what kind of paint is most suitable and easiest for beginner to paint a model kit ?

Since you're starting from 0, go with lacquers. That and levelling thinner and you're good to go.

Can I use my buncho poster colour to paint my gundam rifle ? ( just a little bit on its rifle )

If I want to weather and destroy my gundam , why I need to put top coat ?
