i seen in youtube some jap guy us a ink and a brash and just touch the lines it will just slide on the lines how do that work?

i try spraying my gundam with spray pains from ace hardware shop
ink is not to find but sure cut costs.
any batter brands for spray?

for mixing enamel all so us zippo fluid and remove is just zippo fluid ?
