Hi guys hope you all are in a very good conditions

For your information, i weight at 77kg n stand at 175cm...that resulted my BMI located at a very dangerous edge at 25 sad.gif ... When i woke up this morning, i realised that i have to do something before i end up murdering myself because of obesity!!! Just to let you know, i gained 12kg in the last 3 years cry.gif ....So, i do hope that my thread here would be my 1st step towards my weightloss program and i seriously hope that LYN members could support me throughout my journey icon_question.gif

I'll post my body pic and my workout plan tomorrow smile.gif

BTW, for the 1st day, im going to jog for a 30min during lunch hour later ....

Hi there mate,

Welcome and congratulation, even you have not started anything yet but you have just achieved a healthy mindset by planing to have a change.

I am having the same situation, with overweight, hypertension and lot more problem.

Just don't give up, if you smoke please quit. As for me, this is the 2 weeks free from toxic. I still love to smoke but i just love my health more now.

77kg at 175cm is not that serious, you can manage it.

i think there is many expert here which can share their journey and knowledge with you.

Weight today=76.5kg;

Yesterday was my 1st day of diet....grateful that i found this website online which i had to track my diet plan....Had heavy b'fast which comprise fried rice n also 'cucur jagung'....Manage to jog for 30min on threadmil & sit up....had 'nasi paprik for dinner' n also 'cucur jagung'...went for a light tennis session for like 1 1/2 hour.....all in all, not really satisfy with the food intake bcoz of too much carbs but i think i did good on the exercise part.....

This morning i had a white bread for b'sat(4 slices with low cal margerine spread) n also a glass of milk....hope today goes very well..... smile.gif

2nd play of diet 22/4/2010;

Waking up very hungry actually, had a white bread for b'sat(4 slices with low cal margerine spread) n also a glass of milk.....by 10 am, felt hungry again n took 2 slices of white bread with kaya spread n 2 mugs of coffee....

Went to the gym during lunch hour, run on the treadmill for 30min (covered 3.4km) and doing sit up for 4mins....

Around 4pm got hungry again and had 2 slices of bread and a pack of 'kerepek ubi'....got home from work and had a plate of white rice + fish +veges....

Went to the gym and did Body Pump and also Body Step....had a glass of orange cordial went got home....

Tomorrow im going vacation to Siam Reap and i hope i can control my daily intake since i cant workout for 3 days.....lets keep our fingers cross smile.gif

Woke up very early about 5 to catch flight to Siam Reap...this is my 1st vacation of the year rclxms.gif ...arrive Siam Reap at 830 local time and it was blazing hot (38-40degree)...had KFC for branch (yes I know it's unhealthy), but dats d only thing dat I could eat cry.gif ...sweating a lot from walking around town....then went sight seeing at the Tonle Sap Lake....had dinner at an Indian restaurant which I ordered chicken briyani sweat.gif ...

Not much of working out, but I hope all the walking n sweating would maintain the weight whistling.gif

It has been 6 days since my last post, i've been in Siam Ream since Friday till Monday.....couldnt weight myself n didnt control wat i ate also hehehe biggrin.gif .....couldnt resist the temptation of ice cream bcoz of the heat in Siam Reap..... sweat.gif

Off from works since Tuesday till yesterday....didnt do much actually, lepak-ing at home, watch movies (including pop-corn, junkfood n soda), had a big lunch, big dinner...felt like a celebration of something (which is very wrong) doh.gif ....however, i did went to gym for a light jog and also step classes....

Got back in d office today...had a light jog again dis morning (1.5km), did some lunges, abs crunches n oblique crunches.....had nasi campur with chicken for lunch.....tonite im going to play tennis with offices mate....hope to have a good session smile.gif

So, we r back on the diet track.....everyone, lets work hard to loose some weight dis weekend ya nod.gif

Bro keep up the good work.. I support you.. as i also am having problem with my weight. I once was rather toned.. But then lost my motivation as that was a competition made by a group of us.. and guess wut.. i was the loosing side.. now theyare damn great n me.. eating like a pig.... well.. I hope u get to your goal... im starting my old torture courses again.. but i dont know how long it will lasts..

Day of diet = 14;
Current weight = 75.5kg;

2 weeks of dieting n my current weight loss is officially 1.5kg....think should feel happy bout dis eventhough its not very significant (which is good n healthy btw) smile.gif ....for yesterdays meal, i had green bean soup, "mihun sup" n also "mihun goreng singapore"....for the workout session, manage to join Yoga n Step class biggrin.gif

Very busy today, cant even write properly...going to tennis tournament later....hope i can win matches hehehe brows.gif
