2nd play of diet 22/4/2010;
Waking up very hungry actually, had a white bread for b'sat(4 slices with low cal margerine spread) n also a glass of milk.....by 10 am, felt hungry again n took 2 slices of white bread with kaya spread n 2 mugs of coffee....
Went to the gym during lunch hour, run on the treadmill for 30min (covered 3.4km) and doing sit up for 4mins....
Around 4pm got hungry again and had 2 slices of bread and a pack of 'kerepek ubi'....got home from work and had a plate of white rice + fish +veges....
Went to the gym and did Body Pump and also Body Step....had a glass of orange cordial went got home....
Tomorrow im going vacation to Siam Reap and i hope i can control my daily intake since i cant workout for 3 days.....lets keep our fingers cross

Woke up very early about 5 to catch flight to Siam Reap...this is my 1st vacation of the year

...arrive Siam Reap at 830 local time and it was blazing hot (38-40degree)...had KFC for branch (yes I know it's unhealthy), but dats d only thing dat I could eat

...sweating a lot from walking around town....then went sight seeing at the Tonle Sap Lake....had dinner at an Indian restaurant which I ordered chicken briyani

...
Not much of working out, but I hope all the walking n sweating would maintain the weight
