If you have to ask like that, I recommend you don't try.
Dun go for modded Wii. They only bring more harm than good, especially to the inexperienced.

QUOTE(PhoenixByte @ Apr 20 2010, 09:44 AM) basically it's an app to load games from HD via usb (And u don't need a modded wii to use it too) ok can close thread oredi one last question......... Is this consider modded when using this usb loader or jukebox? i want to know what is the best solution/option on playing free region games only. I have no intention of getting pirates as i already have more than 15 original games with me now. I like the original because it have a nice box with the manual on it. just want to ask some advise only. This post has been edited by LsChong: Apr 20 2010, 09:54 AM

As both of these often leads to piracy, I have no choice but to close this thread.
FYI, the so called "backup" violates the EULA between the user and the game company and are 100% illegal (even if you own the original game). No such discussions are allowed here.
You should be able to find some cheap JP/ modded wii in the Garage Sales (games) section. They're pricier than softmods/ modchips but at least they're the least riskiest option available.
