Comparing 3 banks.
1) HLB Flexi -2% whole tenure Lock-in: 5 years with 3% exit penalty ATM card, cheque book, RM10/mth and one time setup fee of RM200 Optional MRTA
2) HSBC Flexi -1.9% whole tenure Lock-in 5 years with 3% exit penalty ATM card, cheque book. RM10/mth and no setup fee Optional MRTA
3) RHB Flexi 1st year -2.3%, 2nd to 5th year -1.8%, 5th year onwards -1.9% Lock in 3 years with 3% exit penalty ATM card, cheque book. No monthly and setup fee MRTA 15 years coverage
Buying to stay for 5 years onwards. Which one is better?

Yes, I've taken HLB's offer. In fact they just offered me 3 years lock in period instead of 5.

My semi loan dont have this facility that is why i dont pay rm10 fee.
