nono .. what i mean is...
-2.0 and -1.9 using blr rate 5.8 now..
difference is 0.1 % only.. with ur loan of 210K .. per year the 0.1 % of difference.. u can save 0.1 / 100 * 210000 = 210 ...

coz the setup fee is one time onli wink.gif
unless the locked in period is different but still.. u will be probably be there for another / more than 5 years right ?
you interested in getting loan from ambank

pm u a contact wink.gif

Yes, I've taken HLB's offer. In fact they just offered me 3 years lock in period instead of 5.

The loan that u applied is called Flexi loan where HLB will give a atm card and cheque book for u to withdraw any excess payment that u have made.

My semi loan dont have this facility that is why i dont pay rm10 fee.

If I am not mistaken, there is a charge of RM50 per withdrawal. This will be feasible if you do not make frequent withdrawals.

Cheers

Hi brendanc,
mind sharing how/which branch you manage to get -2% OFFER from HLB? I walked into SS2 branch last week and they could only offer me BLR-1.9% ?

Does it mean that if you take a higher loan amount, the interest rate will be lower or vice versa? hmm.gif
