Hi All,

Can anyone tell me which one of them is better? Milestone seems to have bigger screen, and slide QWERT keyboard. Would it be easy to find a casing/pouch for Milestone?

Legend on the other hand have better design (to me), with HTC Sense UI. Their price is roughly the same.

Can anyone point out some advantages/disadvantages of the 2 phones mentioned above?

Oh is it? Hmm, if talking from performance wise, Milestone will surpass Legend?

Does it have any known issues?

Added on April 19, 2010, 2:59 pmBut Milestone is not AMOLED, has less ram than Legend...

Looks to me like Milestone got some superior functions compared to Legend. Personally for me though, I'd choose the HTC Legend anytime.

Milestone main disadvantages
* No DivX and XviD video playback
* No smart and voice dialing
* Somewhat clumsy camera interface and limited camera features
* No free GPS navigation solution
* No Flash support for the web browser
* No FM radio

Legend main disadvantages
* No video-call camera (or videocalling whatsoever)
* No dedicated shutter key or lens cover
* No TV-out port
* No voice dialing
* No DivX or XviD video support out of the box
* Dodgy flash video support

OK I think i kicked milestone away from my list...

Talking about the disadvantages of Legend...

I seldom take photo with my phone, i might as well buy a camera for that...

What's voice dialing anyway?

But it still support DivX and XviD?

Dodgy flash video support? Hmm... can you elaborate more on this?

Legend's camera is no better than Milestone~
I think Desire gonna support Xvid or DivX soon with their new update~
Legend no support yet~
Desire supports Flash natively though~

Does 320 x 480 pixels vs 480 x 854 pixels makes a lot of different in terms of web browsing and IM?

OMG man... It's so hard to make the decision... Perhaps I should just go back to iPhone 3gs...

Just wondering, will the absence of GPU on Legend makes a very huge performance different?

Added on April 19, 2010, 3:41 pmI will be mainly using my phone for surfing and IM and GPS, very unlikely that I will be playing games on it...

Any suggestion? Or should I just wait for desire to arrive?

NO free GPS apps for Both Milestone,Legend and Desire and Iphone too..
You need to PAY~

GPU is for looks..
You can see pretty pics and video in Apple compared to the rest..
Though I wont say its anything very amazing, but better than nothing right?
Best surfing experience vs Value for Money
= Desire~

If not, Apple would do as well..
Only lack of Flash~
Apple is not for those who are lazy and weak-hearted though..
Always need to take care like a baby~

Things that refrained me from getting Milestone are:

1. No Flash Support
2. No Free GPS
3. Slide QWERT keyboard, it's good and i kinda like it, but it looks fragile...
4. It's not AMOLED (Make huge different?)

Btw, Milestone is using the same processor as iPhone 3gs right? How is this comparing to HTC Legend?

Added on April 19, 2010, 3:46 pmThe AP set for Motorola Milestone is so cheap... How does it differ from an Original Set, in term of quality?

Its QWERTY quite ok lol~
Amoled?
Nothing fancy bout it lol~

Milestone has the similar proc yeap..
No chance to compare Legend with milestone as i only have milestone to fiddle with..
But I think Desire would be the better option over Legend~

I am talking bout HTC Desire..

Oh... what do you think when comparing Desire and Milestone?

I can't quite understand what does it means by support flash natively?

I heard that due to the good processor of Desire, it will have weaker battery life compare to Legend/Milestone... and as I am not a very hardcore user (running 4 ~ 5 app at the same time), I would rather get something that can last me longer...
