i get average 3.6-3.8mbps....3.2mbps is too low d.... use bandwidth control program and monitor .....

maybe later call 100 to complaint n request for a higher adsl cap than 4mb

i requested for higher cap when he come to fix, but he said if put high cap, my attenuation will not stable.. so i better stay with 4mb cap.. as long is faster than 1mb can already =P

my line cap at 4m , so what actual speed can you get ? did you get the free modem from him ?

the reason not cancel my old 4mb account. because ip range still get 218.111.x.x . Now new account only get 115, 118.x (slow browsing china site)

go upgrade to 88 melaka package le.
but u must make sure ur contract end liao. if not have to pay penalty maybe around 500-600 if u want to terminate.

BTW 175ip only slow to china site ? i mainly go to US and EU site, will effect or not ?

noob question, do the higher adsl cap can increase the speed???

when i go speedtest.net im also getting around the same which is 3.2-3.3mbps. My line is capped at upstream 4095 and downstream 512. I guess its normal as they assure that you'll get 70-80% of 4mb which is approx. 3.2mbits.

If you cap higher you could reach better downstream for sure, but you need to ask the technician that set your account to do for you, which most likely he wont do. Reason is line will be unstable if he cap at 5mbits.
Very vague, but im happy enough with the connection rite now.

However, i realise theres a throttle still when downloading movie files.
