I just got my DFI ULtra-D and a amd64 3000+ with totally new stepping LBBID 0509 winnie today......

I also one of the ocz vx value buyer in dinster's bulk.....let's hope we will get a good pair.....

For the tref , the best for the ram is 1168.

This is the settings for 250fsb at 3.4vdimm Enabled 2 2 6 2 7 12 2 2 2 * 2 for 250fsb at 3.4vdimm *4 for 260fsb at 3.6vdimm 1168 Auto / 1 Enabled Increase 0 level 6 auto auto Fast auto 256cycles Disable 16x 7x Disable Btw , i'm using 510-2 bios. If the timing is too tight , u may loosen some timings to 3.

The xp120 doesnt cool your ram as good as putting a 80mm fan onto the fan directly....
i put a 80mm smartfan2 @ 4000rpm to cool down the ram. I'm lucky to get good sticks. |

I make it lying on the ram...make a 45 degrees...hehehe....it wont shake or watever, even when i set to full speed at 5800rpm.

Here we are talking about the CPU itself. So you should run small fft test.

hehe very short run indeed. You might need to run at least 2 loops in order to prove that it is stable at that speed with the voltage given.
