On TCCDs here, but my X2 4200+ won't go further than 250 FSB even when i pumped the volts up to 1.6+ probably too much tho and an invitation to electromigration. The temps seem fine at 60 Load with the stock cooler.

I do have a little problem with programs showing different values for each of the Vcores, did a search but nothing came up. Any ideas? And do give some suggestions for pushing these cores further, planning suicide at 3000 Mhz. Got tips brows.gif

Maxed the juice to 1.7 already, i'm thinking it's a faulty core contact. Besides IHS removal, is there any tangible solution out there?

Suggest popping in a good chip and setting the voltage to the ES's rated level, this voltage crap happens sometimes.
