not really...
even utt win tccd on the same htt and divider, doesnt mean that its better

for example,
if benchmarking @ 250htt,
utt[ch5/bh5] can goes for 2-2-2-x and
tccd can goes for 2.5-3-3-x
In this situition, utt's[ch5/bh5] take some advantages on tccd due the low timings

but, dont forget, utt's[ch5/bh5] need high vdimm on higher speed[MHz] and normally they will max out around 250-260 MHz

if benchmarking @ 300htt,
utt[ch5/bh5] cant do 1:1 anymore, but only with divider, but
tccd still can do 1:1 with 1T @ 300htt @ low vdimm
In this case tccd will smoked out utt[ch5/bh5] far far away Edited : not very far la... still can see the smoke

do you changed your BIOS after "8*300 wit vcore 1.65V" benchmarking??
cause different BIOS might have different oc-ing capability
