Yup, comes with 2GB microSD. Standard retail package, nothing should be missing.

Standard warranty is 1 year. If you return warranty reg to SIS, they will send you an extended warranty for 2 years. At least that is my understanding.

Yup, I like Digi for their services but their front-liners are often their weakest link. Service personnel are poorly trained and swamped with customers.

Like the Smart Plan, I contradicted so many of their so-called promoters who kept giving me BS answers. Some are ill-informed but worse are the ones who lie to you. Many times I tell them to go to digi.com.my to prove them wrong. Or I just say I'll call 016-221 1800 right now and we'll see who's lying.

Over my many visits to their centres, the one common sight was pissed off customers/prospects who wait forever for service.

Today, i waited 45 minutes before I got to speak to one of their service staff. In that 45 minutes, I saw so many people walking off in disgust.

If you are an existing customer, remember to tell them to activate 3G if you have not done so previously.

The smarter choice does not turn on 3G by default when you sign up for the Smart Plan.

Also, they changed some settings on my account, rendering my Caller ID inoperative. So if you guys suddenly get UNKNOWN callers only, call Digi, 5 minute fix.

I wasted a whole day trying to find a solution, hard-resetting la, installing ADB la, changing simcards la. Adoi.

GPRS RM149? And your total bill RM700?

LOL, you don't need an internet plan. You need Skype.

BTW, are you on the Smart Plan? If not, then probably makes more sense for you to start a new topic or contact Digi directly.

Do they give any consideration for long-time DiGi postpaid subscriber, I have been onboard for more than 3 years biggrin.gif

LOL, as a "long-time" subscriber, you are probably at the bottom of their list.

You are already on board and shown to be loyal, so they don't have to worry about you running off!

Sign up for a NEW line and they'll be all over you.

Hmm. Reading all the comments about current subscribers being of 'lower priority' is quite alarming.

It's never been our policy nor our work ethic to shaft our current customers. If you personally experience this in any of our shops or stores, you can drop me a PM and I'll see to it that they get reminded.
I thought you not Digi staff? How come got so many "our" in your sentence? rclxub.gif

LOL, and whatever happened to that "I am interested in the HTC Legend" form we filled out?

LOL, so you with Digi la. Earlier you went "Yes", then "No" so it's all very confusing.

If you state that you are here on a personal-basis or that some matters not under your purview even tho you are attached to Digi, it would clear up what we can/should address to you smile.gif

Anyway, it's good that Digi is using more non-traditional avenues to engage customers (even if some, like you, are doing it 'non-officially')

Helps take the load off the front-liners. That said, they still could improve in that particular area smile.gif

Lol, to those of you who are still waiting, who knows, maybe Digi will have an offer for the Desire by the time you sign up smile.gif

Sweet Puff, any chance of Desire in Digi Smartplan list??
*
Maxis has locked in the Desire for a month, so looks like those waiting for it on Digi Smart Plan have to keep on waiting for at least that long.

But I can't see Digi not offering it in at least some package, given how highly rated the Desire is.

Plus Digi has proven it's not averse to sloppy seconds as it's shown with the iPhone smile.gif

I don't have issues with coverage but can't help but LOL @ warwick's story.

I complained to Digi about 600 + points expiring even when it didn't show any due to expire on the website.

When I contacted them to complain, the rep said "technical will check and call you". I then asked for a reference number so I wouldn't have to repeat everything if they didn't call.

"No need reference, I assure you they will call."

I was, I am ashamed to admit, stupid enough to believe her.

My points weren't forfeited, they "expired" despite no indication of such in the OCS.

But the points, though not inconsequential, were not worth having to go thru the exasperation of dealing with the customer service reps over again.

Maybe Digi can charge more for data overruns so they can hire better people too.

Or, simply just get the existing reps to do what they promise customers they would do, that shouldn't cost Digi any extra wink.gif

I know that 3GB quote does apply on DG previous smartplan, but I've been told that there are no 3GB quote for the package comes with Desire HD.
That's why I want to confirm if anyone else know about this new package.

Don't see why that should be the case. As far as Digi sees it, you've signed up for the Smart Plan. One Smart Plan subscriber's pretty much the same as the next one.

I think you'll probably want to chalk down the variance to salesmen talking out of their asses. If the guy sticks by his claim, tell him to put it in writing.
