I called the bank, and they will allow the transaction already. However, Apple needs me to Re-Authorize the card. However again, I can't re-authorize the card because I bought as a Guest ! damn, the apple order page is down too

For example in my pendrive, after deleting the files, the disk space does not increase. When I go to Windows, I can see that the file I deleted wasn't actually deleted... How ?
