Hi guys, just wanna check with you guys whether the problem I encounter is normal or not. I normally use it for normal web browsing & listen to songs on Itunes, but time to time the pointer will turn to the colorful round loading thingy while I can hear the hard disk mechanical sound, the song playing on Itunes will stop too, it'll last about 1 to 2 seconds and everything will go back to normal.. I dont think this is normal?

QUOTE(dvlzplayground @ May 17 2010, 04:13 PM) sounds like hdd problem. try copy something to n from ur mac and external hdd...is it longer than usual? dun worry bro, sometimes we just happen to get a bad unit. im sure applecare will take care of it The files transferring speed is still as fast as the time I got it.. I'm still enjoying every seconds I spent with it despite the problem persist haha.. Once a Mac user, always a Mac user, I'm not going back to Windows lol..anyway we call the colourful round thing the "spinning beach ball of death" or simply "beachball" |

QUOTE(mememe12 @ May 17 2010, 05:25 PM) Born as Mac user.. Die as Mac ghost I called them 3 weeks ago for wireless connection help, the one who speak to me is an Ang Mo.. He's very patience and keen to help me solve my problem, the information he want to transfer over the line is very clear, can understand him totally.. And yea, just query them your questions and they'll do their best to help you..btw, wanna ask is it that apple care's staff very knowledgeable hor? we can ask them almost anything related to our mac? bcoz if not mistaken, one of the selling point of ACPP is their great telephone support right? i need to call them to solve my chinese character problem and some eng fonts that readable in Windows are unreadable in Mac This post has been edited by Xeonice: May 17 2010, 05:54 PM |
