if i remembered correctly, serious mass is more value for money in terms of calories, meaning more calorie/$$. Truemass on the other hand, has higher protein/carbs ratio. these were the findings when we compared Serious mass, Truemass, and muscle juice. (if i remembered correctly)
So depending on your goal, serious mass if u desperaetly wanna gain weight without minding a lil fat gain. I've gained 14Kg in 5 months using serious mass. However, i would like to point out that weight gainers are not magic powders.Taking whole food is way better. Slowly replace the weight gainer with whole food as u proceed.
