Is weight gainer necessary? Im on UN Real Gain now and my tub is gonna finish. Ive put on some weight and muscle mass too. Thinking about switching to Scivation whey after this. My height is 178 and Im 73kg. Wanna hear some opinions cause im not sure whether to continue with weight gainer or whey protein.
