hei guys i have been into bodybuilding 1years+ and currently bulking state but the problem is that i don't have much time to prepare food or to have 6meals a day. i am looking for some supplements to substitute some of my meal time when i missed them. so should i get weight gainers like muscle juice or true mass ?
i am 68kgs for 167cm. Target weight is to reach 75kgs before go on cutting. Thanks in advance
