How do u make your own lipo6?
not just drink sugarless black coffee right? altho caffeine is 80% of whats in lipo6.

The standard serving of chicken rice chick breast in these stalls are usually pathetic. in the past, i used to ask for chickbreast + extra chicken and it was barely enough.

2pm 3 tuna whole grain bread and 1 cup of milk
how much tuna is this? 3 whole cans of tuna? this one seems ok.. but still have to see the total serving size.

5pm 3 tuna whole grain bread
same as above.

9pm rice with soup, vege. banana
No protein?

11pm milk and oats about half bowl.
just protein from milk isnt completely enough.

when is your training time? by training i mean gym.
when do u take the whey?

btw one of my fren keep saying u have to gain weight 1st, when u have mass, u have the weight, he say i should start work out when i reach my ideal weight 1st.
but i think its wrong to work out before hitting ideal weight, i tot u have to stimulate the muscle only they will grow, staying at home taking enough food and weight gain product to reach more than 2k  calorie, that way wont let u have more muscle instead giving u fats only right?

so am i right or his wrong?

Oats are grains. they're carb based. the protein is miniscule.
http://www.elook.org/nutrition/grains/6656.html based on this site, your 150g of oats only gives 25.5 grams of protein.

yes. cos most of the "weight" u put on will be mostly fats.

you work out from the start. not after you get fat. unless all u want is just to be fat and not put on muscle mass, then u can follow what your fren says.
