How do u make your own lipo6?not just drink sugarless black coffee right? altho caffeine is 80% of whats in lipo6.

The standard serving of chicken rice chick breast in these stalls are usually pathetic. in the past, i used to ask for chickbreast + extra chicken and it was barely enough.

how much tuna is this? 3 whole cans of tuna? this one seems ok.. but still have to see the total serving size.
