you can always try a postworkout shake of whey blend, plus oats and blend it in a blender.

something i like lately

Tex-Mex Chicken Rice

6 oz chicken breast, pre-grilled and cubed
1 1/2 cups brown rice, cooked
1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/2 medium red bell pepper, chopped
2 tbsp barbecue sauce

Just stir all the ingredients together in a pot on medium lowheat, until everything is warm. It can alsc be nuked
for a couple of minutes, if you must. Makes 1 serving (although a large one that most men may want to split
into 2 - women may want to split into 4).

calories : 720g
Protein : 64g
Carbs : 86g
Fat : 10g

vary it to suit your needs. A good rule of thumb is one g of protein per lb of your BW. If you are grossly overweight, go with one g of protein per lb of your lean BW.

hey Ken, how long did it took you to cook this? looks very nice.
i'm still learning how to cook for a week meal.most of my meal, well taste kinda ok2..hahaha..still trying to tweak my skills..tongue.gif
