I saw this one guy at my gym who just sat on the bench and was taking pictures of himself with his phone for literally 2 hours.
doing all different poses... I finished my workout, took a shower and headed out and he was still there all dressed up in his training clothes taking photos lol
But yea I would say the main thing you need is diet. No matter how hard you train if your diet bad, you won't be losing weight at all.
I figured that out after training on a bad diet for 6 months.
I gained muscle but my fat was slowly receding.
After I training came second nature to me, I started working on my diet. In 2 months I lost 7.5kg. I feel so much better and now am gaining weight because my muscle mass is increasing, so a better aesthetic look~
