Hw many type of Lipo 6 and what different ?

And some ppl do tell me that once u consume u can't stop or else it will counter bak

170cm , 68-70kg..

breakfast - 1 cup of milo with some oak
lunch- normally nasi campur ( 3 vege + less rice )
dinner - some vege and meat ( no makan rice )

workout , 1 3 5 swim badminton or jogging
2 4 6 gym from 7pm until 9 pm ( den drink a milo or soya bean after workout )

sunday relax day ...

doh.gif i go for gym at seremban area, one of the SIFU ( macam yes , say he is trainer or wat at KL ) told me,

this is my story for suddenly come here and dig out this old thread...
i was like wan hantam lipo 6black, bt after the forumer tell me will have insomnia and bad temper, he suggeest me Oxylite Pro, and its wont make u feel wan vomit, dizzy, only this is need drink more water ...

lol..no la..my fren just ask me go for other brand saja...he say u can lose some fat first,,cuz i told him i dun wan be muscle, i just wan fit body shape nia
and usually i go for gym..after 1 hour, i tired jor...unlike last time , i got KICK can pump until 2 hour +, but now no more, may be working make me feel sleepy already..

so, in bro ur opinions, oxylite pro better or lipo 6 black better...the price so far is 150 and 120, exclude postage

got KICK can pump 2hours. wtf is that? if you mean caffeine, lipo 6 all very high concentrate caffeine. and congrats to you that you body adapt to high caffeine, so you no longer have the effect anymore.

in my opinion, both can throw away. just focus on your diet.

i guess my explanation is a bit confusing ...what i means is..i wan lean type or just fit body....dun wan the arm will goyang goyang..when u jalan, ur perut will jump also...in short..i wan train my muscle become FIRM...

anything wrong on my diet ?? can share out
