anyone could give your ideas...i would like to change or joint my name to our current house.

situation:

house bought on 2008 under my wife name. now want to change or joint my name as well...

reason:
i want to enjoy 50% subisidy interest on housing loan provide by my company...

anyone out there got solution with minor cost involve, rather than subsale which i think no worth it at the moment. or i have to wait or trade in and buy new one..hehehe

as i know u have to finish ur loan b4 u can change name...or u can name b4 u finish ur loan..but it will b very difficult...

Best u check with lawyer as they will be involved as well.

change name, need to go through lawyer and all those procedures....

From KL to shah alam, turn to KK & go to KU. Or (Shortcut):
on KESAS, 500-700m after proton,LEFT EXIT into that road PARALLEL to KESAS,
after few Km's (after ENVAIR building), at traffic light, turn RIGHT
(now above u= KESAS, facing u= Sri muda).
Turn LEFT (BP on right), go 100m, KU is on left
