I've been collecting small folding spydercos after kena poison by hotrat1 & susuman. Slowed down on lights at the moment.
Got new hobby now. Photography. That's why lights and knives are kinda stagnant.

Well, rest assure this light does throw and it does meet your requirement but it comes with a price though. The version I am selling is the latest one rated at 200 lumens with TIR optics. Beamshots here at post #3. If you want throw, then search for an R2 LED light. I got one a Nitecore Extreme R2 which have been with me for a few years now. It sure throws. Search Gadgetworld2u for R2. There are a few there and cheap too (within your budget). You may also need to read about what you want at CandlePowerForums or even at our local forum thebrightside. Even my Mag Triple SST-90 doesn't throw that far. For wide area illumination maybe.
