we are almost at the end of a dispute ..after viewing the photos,
final words from me
Pijoe : r u going to stand by your decision not to take the responsibility for the warranty claim by TS no matter what the situation is and also because buyer was rude? if that so , then you did not honor your 6 months "PERSONAL" warranty. PERSONAL warranty means - u will absorb all cost at your personal expense. not using Apple's Warranty. Buyer might be rude , but customer always "right" to a certain extend. Ask yourself this, why Buyer was rude in the first place?
TS: if seller doesn't not want to honor the warranty because of your rude manner handling the situation , then you are left with only 1 choice. Fix it yourself at your own cost. yes you can continue to flame this seller in all his sales thread but that is only to warn others after his "warranty" and after sales service but please keep in mind that won't get your iphone fix also.
so, if i purchase an Iphone from TS and then i accidentally fell on the floor on my arse with my Iphone "safely" in my pocket coz some arsehole knocked into me (not "almost kena ragut"), do i still get to claim from TS under his "personal warranty" with the TS knowing that it's most probably not a manufacturing defect? TS, please put yourself in the seller's shoe b4 making all those earlier comments and sending rude SMSes. now the damage (from your reaction) cannot be undone and if i'm the seller, i would ask you to go to hell too if i were to receive those kind of SMS.final words from me

the only solution now is to ask (or beg) the seller politely and get him to claim from Apple Aussie, with any incurred charges billed to you. therefore, he fulfils his "warranty claim" part while you pay for your own damages.
