Pijoe : r u going to stand by your decision not to take the responsibility for the warranty claim by TS no matter what the situation is and also because buyer was rude? if that so , then you did not honor your 6 months "PERSONAL" warranty. personal warranty only cover normal usage, not damage cause by abuse or negligence of the user. The right thing to do is for TS to send to Apple to check and confirm what is damaged. If it's due to abuse or negligence of the user, then it's TS problem. If it's thru normal usage, then the seller gotta pay.
After reading posts from both party, i think TS (buyer) code of conduct is less than desirable, i dun blame seller from getting pissed. TS also have created another posting here --> http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1386346 <--
