you have to send a support request to ask them to unlock your credit card. Previously they block me because I keep failing to purchase region lock games. Keep fail as I'm trying to buy US region games using asia region.

yeap, they will flag your credit card if you attempt unsuccessfully buying region locked stuff (until the workaround method
)Not sure why they put "one more purchase", clearly after that I bought a couple of games more with no issues anymore |

if you access normally the website store.steampowered.com or on your steam, you only be able to see those games available in your region. Sometime steam will post up some games with discount, but when you click on it, it will put not available for your region etc.
However if you force the website to load us region or some region, you can buy through that. |

bought the codemaster pack also....
err since when they implement region lock that won't allow you to purchase by detecting your ip? just purchase gta3.....missed out on vice city and san andreas  |
