Its a free US VPN , when you connect steam it will update from US server instead of SEA. By default steam checks your ip and tries to download its update from the nearest server which fails most of the time as the server is overcrowded !

i use Tor myself, which is, terribly slow...
i wonder how safe is it, using vpn and visit a payment site?
i have doubt for it so i never use them if i need to visit payment website..
