From what I read from Steam forums, Crysis is still coming with its stupid 5 activation limit DRM. I'm worried about the rest of the sales, it would really suck if they still have bloody DRM like this.

Crysis = 5 limit activations

Crysis Warhead = 5 limit activations

That was the issue that I had to consider before buying Crysis.

Hopefully, the publisher will remove it in the long run.

Always check the small box which shows whether there is any other 3rd party DRM.

Essentially there is two DRM, one Securom and the other Steam itself.

I have maybankcard, supposely can use as debit card as well, but never tried b4 for online or retail purchase, is there any conditions to use it or just fill in the blanks on steam webpage and good to go?

Since the whole week is EA sale wek, odds are all EA games would be on sale. On specific days that is, refer to zehtah's post. You can check by yourself if the game has DRM on Steam website, on the right side box (I think)
