im planning to get an iphone from digi.
most likely 32gb.

then there comes the news that iphone 4g will be launching soon?

and if i were to get the iphone 3g now.
it will lose its price very soon right?

i had another thought in my mine.
to get an ipod touch + a ordinary phone.

so what you guys thing.
really buffled bout this.... =S

firstly with apple products, the price does not deteriarate over time like other gadgets due to strict price control. the only time the price would drop is when the next generation device is announced by Apple itself.

Even so, they will still control the pricing. Notice how the price difference between 3g and 3gs model is only RM500.

its your call, as technology will always continue to advance. As for the ipod touch + handphone, what can I say, its nothing like having and all in one iPhone

^ no it's not. the supposed 'features' are rumours.. new iphone for every year is pretty much a safe bet.

TS, now that we know iphone 3G wont have multitasking, it's pretty hard to justify the purchase. wait for the new iphone (certainly wont be called 4G tough), or if you can't wait, juz get the 3GS now. with 3GS you can still enjoy the new iphone OS 4, so even after iphone 2010 comes out, the 3GS is still one of the best phones.

about iphone vs ipod touch + normal phone, that's another long long discussion search around about this, there were plenty of forumers asking this same question over n over
