Depends on ur lifestyle, i dont really think money on food is the major issue. even if u consume 20 - 30g of protein tats like 100g of chicken so.... 1 week u only need like RM100 for all ur protein source and 1 month it is like RM400 -RM500 only, it is fairly cheap thou.

Tried white flood, felt like overdosing coffee lol, heart beat faster and more focus.

White flood and superpump 250 get a pretty good feedback from bb.com forumers and NO2 seems to be less prefered (some said the pump is not there). I only tried white flood before, as for me i wont really go for second time thou, cant really feel the pump but focus is for sure.
Animal pak... looks like multivitamin + EAA, i have no comment on this hehe. In the future might try it out or may be animal stak (ada tongkat ali extract) lol
