QUOTE(iori57 @ May 13 2010, 02:59 PM) I have the same problem.. though the home button is not 'sunken' but it's getting harder and harder to press each day... iori how old is your unit??nowadays i always press the home button, then nothing happens, press harder the second time, still no response, then press hard hard the third time only got response =( Actually I've been very gentle to my "Home" button since day one.. coz I afraid someday I might encounter this problem *kiasi* Well if is still under warranty, go claim for warranty.. |

QUOTE(stevenng97 @ May 13 2010, 09:22 PM) Usually when you press on your button you should feel the "click" but with this condition it's without the "click" feeling and it's only flat feeling.. *sorry with the poor description* QUOTE(thefryingfox @ May 13 2010, 11:21 PM) u must insist. Manyak garang ni... when i approach the counter, my first sentence is; " take a look at this iphone and please explain to me how come 1 month old set has this button sunk in?, Is this how Digi achieve lower selling price by selling low quality product? ini reject shop punya ka?" then she stunned. asked her collegue how....then he look at me..i told him, look at me for wat, look at my phone and explain to me please!...explain to me now please. Few customer turn and look at me and i sat beside someone that just about to buy iphone from em. Then they realise they cannot fak with me so just say, ok sir i will change 1 to 1 with another set. Then i tell them ' one to one with what? old phone or new phone?. then she said ' new phone'. I told her, i want you to take out the new phone from the box infront of me. She brought a new box, open it, change the warranty card with my existing one and passed me the phone. i had to sign some document validating the warranty claim. Thats all Should learn from you man.. |

QUOTE(tiny @ May 17 2010, 01:01 AM) I used my iphone for more than 6 months adi. Question here when you guys send for warranty, do I have to restore my iPhone? The button starting to fail me went to the warranty centre to ask why n they gave me a new one after 15 minutes. I never use protective casing n my iphone is a little scratched here and there but they didn't care. Just replaced one for me when they find that I din jail break or open the casing before. I did Jb ald for my phone... |

Sorry I don't get it.. What do you mean by refurbish unit?
So whenever we claim for warranty we don't get 100% new unit? |
