Has anyone experienced this? My iphone is pretty new (2 weeks old) and I don't even press that button that much but now it has sunken in. Like, you can feel the edges of the circle.
It wasn't like this before. I can still press it (there's still some room for the button to 'click') so it's still functional. I'm surprised this is happening so soon after I bought the phone, with light usage only. |

Hmm... is there anything I can do to wipe my phone completely before sending it for warranty? I have my credit card and other personal info in it.

Yup... two weeks. Else I wouldn't really be griping about it. I've looked at some of my friend's phones... some almost 2 years, no such problem. Probably mine is defective is all.
BTW, I take great care of my phone! |

Yes it did help. Thanks guys. Went to DiGi center but was too late... closed at 3pm. Gonna go next week.

Yeah, I bought my casing right after... so I'll also lose the screen protector. How is your colleague's new phone? Does it have issues? Appreciate if you can share some info!
