They say refer to Epicenter for warranty.
I think those workers are only part-time (during PC Fair) and don't know much. |

Lol smart. Same as what I did. Warranty ending next month. Tough time bearing with the home button for months.

QUOTE(maru @ Jul 6 2010, 09:52 AM) Hi guys.... I exchanged mine for warranty. Took about 10 days. You can't really tell just by looking. It just feels that the home button is unresponsive.i dont know what is the definition of sunken home button cause my naked eye cant c it clearly...is there any picture or something like that? Well as my case, sometimes the home button i need to press several times in order for it to get response. Some time i even need to press the power button first then the home button response. My question is this hardware problem or software problem? my iphone from maxis set, it was 3GS. I lazy want to format my iphone because there are lots of stuffz inside. i know i can backup but eventually i need to JB it again n reinstall everything. if there is anyone took their iphone claim warranty 1 to 1 due to this cause. would be glad if u can tell me how the procedure, mine still under maxis warranty QUOTE(yezhacolic @ Jul 6 2010, 09:56 AM) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NHBKtZnl_uQ&feature=related The video is quite blur. As long as you need to press multiple times / very hard to press = problem. The effect of sunken button looks like above if not mistaken. Someone confirm this. |

I suggest you walk in to your telco centre and speak to their PIC of warranty. Try to sound frustrated and convince them that it has been causing you a lot of trouble and demand for an exchange.
