Horrible service from tm
It saddens me to write a complain message after years of not writing a single one in my life. However the incident that happened to me in taipan tmpoint is just too much to handle.
My younger brother subscribed to Unipack, the student package. Therefore they had to cancel my current streamyx and said they would reinstall the new service within a month.
It has been already a months plus, so I went to tmpoint to try to rush them. However to my horror the lady at the counter told me that my brother’s application had a problem. I ask what was the problem. She told me that the system had errors and I will have to reapply my application. I ask her why no one contacted us when there is a problem with the application in the beginning and letting us wait for more than a month.
She said she had no idea and the system had problems, and then ask me to reapply at the counter. I was frustrated and wanted to talk to a senior person but he was not around and I was in a rush. Will be going to tmpoint tomorrow again.
Guys, any one facing bad service with TM? How do we solve issues like this with them? Anyway to contact or complain to the proper people? Have not felt this mistreated for a very long time.
Since ur quarantine period or cooling period is alrdy over. Don't mess with them because they can just act like dunno everything. It's easier to reapply and ask for confirmation slip on the spot. If u got the confirmation slip, you should can check ur status in mips.tm.net.my immediately after that. That will be faster, rather than scolding and arguing with those tm staffs. They might be really facing errors in their system or they lost ur application. something like that can happen. hahaha
