Gah, my Streamyx installed last Thursday, but when I checked on the web order number only today it was keyed in .

Don't have planned delivery date yet too ._.

Call up the hotlink of HP for the web number, probably yours keyed in today like mine.

i wish to ask about the cool uni pack.. i want to register for new tm homeline with cool uni pack, if there is any unsuccessful application for cool uni pack, will i be charge for tm home line / forced to install tm home line without cool uni pack?

For those apply another new line for this cool uni pack, when you go to terminate the old streamyx account and homeline, if they ask you for the reason, tell them you have no use for the line anymore, don't tell them anything more.

If you tell them you switch to cool uni pack, some "genius" will key into the system: "migrate to cool uni pack" and their ass will think that the streamyx will be attached this homeline, so they wont terminate it.

Added on May 19, 2010, 12:15 pmbtw, just share the Riger DB108-WL firmware upgrade experience:

1) firmware downloaded from Riger website and Streamyx is the same version.

2) don't upgrade firmware thru wifi, it will fail.

3) if fail and cant boot it, try:
  1.  Unplug the power cord from the back of the router.
  2. Hold down the Reset button.
  3. While holding down the Reset button, plug back in the power cord to the router.
  4. Continue to hold the Reset button for five (5) seconds. After five (5) seconds, release the button.
  5. Wait for about one (1) minute. Then, on a computer connected to the router, launch a web browser (for example, Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox).
  6. Type in the router's IP address of http://192.168.1.1 into the Address field and press the [Enter] key.
  7. The Management Mode - Firmware Upgrade interface should appear.
becoz last nite i tried to ugrade thru wifi and it was dead
then i resurrect it by using method that used by Linksys WRT54G and it works.

after i upgraded to cool unipack 1mbps, can i upgrade again to 2mpbs (cool unipack)?

the tm line which is under my name... so I plan to apply cool uni pack..
but at the same time,my hometown which is in johor,I also wan to apply for cool uni pack
which is under my father's name...
problem now.. Can I apply for both ?

finally got my 1Mbps Cool unipack today, after almost 7weeks of waiting! but the speed for 1Mbps seems slow... rapidshare only go to 53KB/sec fastest... any1 with 1Mbps mind to share their top speed in Rshare?

There is nothing wrong with kind , even I was kind. Well sometimes putting these guys in your pocket will be handy. You gotta tackle this way. Most of you guys are young , that explains why you're raging. Think wisely , if you have his number and something goes wrong with your phone line , you know who to call as calling 100 is pointless. Their system takes forever to update and forever to assign a tech.  A lot of people complain , basically if its written RM 30 and you pay RM 40 extra and have his number , ummm he can help you with phone line related problems. Same goes with your streamyx tech guy. Put him in your pocket and if you have issues with your port , just give him a call and get it done
