I applied for this package plus a new phone line about one week ago, the new home line was installed on last friday, but streamyx installer never showed out till now, then i phone them twice already still nothing come out in the MIPS or SAMS...later i will go the tmpoint there scold them and f*** up.

I dunno, i went to TM point S'wan, after settle the termination form and also the application form, the TM Point staff said .. ok done. And that time i dunno got slip so straight away went back..

i terminated my old streamyx and sent in my application for unipack on 2nd april. till now still no status, which is more than the required 30-day quarantine period. i called 100 and they day no status of application. i went to tmpoint and they say they already forward my application to HQ. i 'm tired of going to the branch and scolding the staff. where can i make a formal compalint to speed up the process? newspaper?

How much u kena charge by phoning that number? I have tried it just now, it said "busy sorry pls wait . .. ..xxx x" , keep on like that for like 3 mins. And I kena charged RM2.00 for that 3mins+ call.
