how many timer depend on your wiring.

if those 3 wiring connect from same source from DB...u just need 1 timer next to DB box.

if those 3 light under 3Gang swtich then it should need 1 timer only.

you need to ask wiring man to do it.

i did ask my wiring to do for my front entry door....but he say need to put out another 1 cable out...so i din ask him to do it.

Hi all
Would like to ask, if I install a Hager timer (be it electromechanical or full digital), can I install a by-pass switch (aka normal light switch) for the timer? I want to be able to by-pass the timer, and switch on/off my lights as I wish, since I plan to install a timer for my car porch. Sometimes I do wash my car past certain hours, or wee hours in the morning, which requires me to bypass the timer without fumbling with the timer controls.
Would appreciate some guidance from electrical experts here.
Thanks!

Timer itself have buttom to switch on/off the timer as well. so u no need to adjust the timing when u need the light.

Is very straightforward, you can control 2 equipments making both flip flop.

The timer can install next to existing switch, rite? Wonder my wiring guy say NO?

It needs to be connected to the Neutral wire. So, unless there is one some where near the switch, then will not work

So i need to check my existing light switch inside have Neutral wire o not?

Most of the power socket will have neutral rite?

All go out must come back. When you have Live, you need neutral to have a complete circuit.

Usually light switch is on with Live, and neutral are all loop neat the equipments. Only A/C, heater, oven switch, or high current switch have both neutral and Live.

If your switch point have A/C or water heater switch, you can tap from there.

my light switch point at main door to on/off the foyer light only...1 gang alone no other swtich/socket.
tat why my wiring guy keep say No.
