you can have comfort but not with power! you cant have both! over torque settings will kill auto transmission in a very short time

make sure you buy from shell petrol station cuz' there are quite a number of imitation shell / other brand of engine oil out there.
i got my castrol direct from bp asia.
10w-40 will be just fine.
fully synthetic is not recommended for aged engine. even so if it was already running on mineral for years.
it might only caused the engine to burn more petrol, thus need to revert back to higher visc' mineral oil 
just change from mineral to semi synth and it will be fine. engine feel more lighter 

btw, for engine with very high mileage, engine flushing might damage the rubber seal inside. so, be careful.

syazone : rev limit will not be removed, but increased to 7.5k

Lolz... I think the vtec kick in when at speed 60kph.. cos he starting to get farer away from me, but very slow... we drag until 120kph, than he turning to taipan traffic light

Ya both auto... His exhaust system is working... we only drag after 40kph not from zero cos of traffic, drag until 130kph... He following behind me & getting nearer me slowly... He is on 17" rim I am on 16"...

i tot we were suppose to meet, then sam called me saying wanna meetup coz i was meetin ken, next thing i know u drag with him. blur leh :s.
