hey bro and sis, need ur advise a bit out of topic thing. it already 2 weeks i hand over my old car to my SA when i take my forte. but to the surprise, i call up my old car bank and found out my loan is not settle yet, and my SA keep on saying the dealer(where he pass the car to) already settle the loan. what should i do? report to police?

my trade in car price is just nice to settle the bank loan, so i didnt use the settlement amount to pay for the D/P for my new car.
but then if the car is not sold in short period to new owner.....then my bank will still chase me for the monthly loan payment???

i done some reading regarding tyre....our tyre, kumho solus kh17, should be bidirection and symetric, so fixing either way should be ok....but since the JB SC said it is due to that and solve the issue... i think we better believe it.....

u need to get the "bill of sales", sign by the car dealer and you.... to prove that you sell the car to them, if anything happen to the car or being use for and illegal thing, you are safe...

but for the bank loan balance , you will still be responsible IF the car dealer nv pay to the bank.....

actually maybe i also nv notice about the sound from my forte, because normally i on the audio qute loud......

i think for FC wise, vios and city are clear winner over forte
but i can live with that for a much more comfortable and more luxury forte.

actually i also pass my car to them after i get my forte, but since then, they havent settle the bank loan balance, make me headache.........

no, i pass the geran to them together with my car after i get forte.

i have the bill of sales from them stating the price they buy, the engine number, car model, year made....my signature and their signature and chop.

but if they didnt settle the bank loan, the bank still will held responsible on me, this is what the bank told me...

i do believe dealer play one of the part for ur delay.

for example, let said NAZA allocated 10 cars for JB, sure nazakia branch will get at least 5 cars. the other 5 car to multiple dealer....some bigger dealer get 2 cars, some get 1 and some even get none....need to wait for another shipment. then color choice somemore.....lucky if the dealer get the color you want, if not then you will need to wait again....

this explain y some book later but get car earlier, becoz naza not allocate car by following booking now, forte are hot selling.......

mine also different, all 4 keys are connected together, not space between boot and horn key.

should take this red key case to match my spicy red forte.....nv tot of getting spicy red during book car...end up order the black key case...
