its a joy seeing 4.0 is coming, will definitely upgrade to 4.0 when its released. don't even need jailbreak for 4.0, but too bad i really hope the new os would support transfering files over bluetooth

QUOTE(Crazyboyrs @ Apr 9 2010, 10:56 AM) Multi-tasking and folders already can work smoothly on Jailbroken 3GS. I can run StreetFighter 4, read documents and browse the internet at the same time - 0 Lag...And we can add few thousands of apps on iphone and put in Categories(folders). u've tried out beta version? read reviews from some users the multitasking makes it a bit laggy on 3GsSo I guess if 3rd party apps can make it work wonderfully, official features should be more amazing. |

QUOTE(lilster @ Apr 9 2010, 03:21 PM) those are hardware bro. thats why i said, unless they have major changes in their hardware then it is not worth to change from 3gs to the new one. if, just if, 3Gs cpu is unable to support heavy multitasking or whatever features in 4.0, and 4g is out with a better cpu and speed. i think u might reconsider that |

QUOTE(iori57 @ Apr 9 2010, 10:17 PM) I wonder if you upgrade to iphone 4.0 OS, will you able to JB it? Are you guys waiting for the JB to be released for 4.0 only upgrade? JB for 4.0 is not much in my consideration, the new features in 4.0 are enough to not JB, but i will miss ibluenova and winterboardI'm using 3.1.3.. cannot JB anyway so sure upgrade instantly when 4.0 released |

QUOTE(aleluya @ Jun 8 2010, 10:16 AM) Something funny with Iphone 4 hype. It's technology basically is something other mobile provider already had it years ago >.> Video call via 3g, nokia had it since 2005. 5 mbps camera, LG had it since 2006. The only thing that really change is basically the pixel and gynology tech. video call would be a reason for developing jb later. expectung ichat app on cydia Still a lot features still remain unknown; but too bad it's video call is via iphone 4 to iphone 4 and right now on wireless only |

QUOTE(tinkerbel @ Jun 8 2010, 03:03 PM) @s3an_looi, wats the point to be the first in LYN You must not know stringfellow very well; he's been one of the few pioneers here who's very helpful; doing tumpang threads. Plus I don't think he's aiming to be the first around here to get one; though it'll be nice |

QUOTE(dvlzplayground @ Jun 8 2010, 03:45 PM) why do we still have ppl worrying about microSIM? maxis already have it lah yeh micro sim is never a problem here. and risky cutting? it is just a simcard...not a4 chip. but just ask some pro to cut it wont be a problemif digi's going to bring iphone in, they will have microSIM for sure for celcom, even if they have microSIM, u still need to purchase iphone from maxis/digi with the RRP price... which IMO isnt worth it since u hv to pay ur celcom bills summore. but if celcom decides to bring in iphone 4 too, sure they will have microSIM Added on June 8, 2010, 3:46 pm yes |
