Currently using iPhone OS 4.0 Beta 4 on iPhone 3GS, found this column "Cellular Data", which completely turn off Cellular Data access on iPhone (MMS will disabled as well). Not sure this feature still available when official stable release. Quite annoying is the iPhone ask you to turn on Cellular Data sometimes, and 3G & GPRS/Edge icon will disappear on status bar until you turn it back on

Anyway, from 4.0 beta 1 -> beta 4, a lot of bugs been fixed, but not all yet. What I found is, for iPhone 3GS touch focus, before when FW3.1.3, when we keep press on the camera 'shoot' button, we still can focus, then release, but 4.0 unable to do that. The zoom feature not bad..

iPhone slide animation from page to page seem bit worse than before, but transition from lock screen to home screen very very smooth, as well for app switching transition

Homescreen wallpaper = BEST!! very nice

For the multitasking, I can't give full comment yet, because so far the mutitasking on support on iPhone default apps (clock, setting, appstore) as all 3rd-party apps doesn't update to support OS 4.0 yet. When you play a game until half, then you switch to other app, then switch back, the app restart, not continue on half for now, should be able to support when all app update to support 4.0.
