M3 sedan is rare car, yes, and i know someone who has M3 sedan, M5 e60, VW Eos and VW golf gti mk5...sick cars

in another house also saw GT-R r35 with WTR1 no plate, also beside it is a 5 series, should be M5 e60. but the house is so small.

both houses are not far from where i live.. pics not yet taken.. someday maybe

sigh, I am concerned that you still won't understand. what I meant was that this guy could just be moderately rich, but he chose to blow it on a nice car, rather than an underutilized bungalow which is what I normally see.

just because it's a terrace he's living in, doesn't mean it's not a good investment but yes, the matter is quite subjective, I don't think I'll ever blow money on a big house that me and 3 other people will live in.. a terrace in a prime area is my 2 cents of a rational investment.

exotic car owner all are rich,good mindset,staying in terrace is low profile.
